New and vintage parts for R/C cars and much much more./C
RaceCraft R/C is a family run traditional model shop based down in the South West in Bath, on the edge of the Cotswold hills.
The company is made up of two parts.
The first is out traditional model shop which is open to the public Monday-Saturday as well as online at www.racecraftrc.co.uk. This deals with our passion, which is modelling of all types from scale plastic kits and balsa free flight planes, to vintage and modern radio control cars.
Over the years we have become specialists in the supply of rare and usual parts for the RC racer and collector alike. We have parts from the early days of RC mass production in the 1970's right upto more modern equipment.
We can help if you are starting up in RC for the first time or an experienced racer requiring the latest tech to go racing, or have just dug that old model out of the loft that needs a refurb in our on site workshop.
You will see us supporting racers at all the major vintage on and off road events in the UK, such as "The Iconic Cup" & "Revival as well as the local CWICS series and at Frome and other local model car clubs.
The second department deals with custom one off model making, finishing and graphics. With over 40 years of model making experience, we are able to produce custom builds from the ground up to order for both static display and working R/C models. If you would like a traditional balsa frame model plane to hang in a study or man cave for an interior design project, or a model spacecraft for a TV advert, drop us a line for a quote.
At RaceCraft we design and manufacture our own range of custom airbrush masks in house, as well as providing custom designed graphics and masks for private and commercial customers.
We can also provide professional illustration and airbrush painting services on everything from museum grade models to motorbikes. You can see examples of some of our work below.
We are proud that all our custom designs are drawn and made in house by our team. Proudly made in Britain.
