Summer appears to be here, racing has restared properly and new items are starting to come through at last, so a quick update on what is happening and whats new.
First up a note that the shop is closed on Saturday 19th June as we will be out with the trackside shop at the "Iconic Cup" once again. This time at the epic Broxtowe model car club track. Online orders will not be affected by this and will ship as normal. Click & collect will not be available over this weekend.
First up on the new releases is Tamiya's new version of the "Super Champ". This updated version is now called the "Fighting Buggy" but retains many of the features of the original, including the damper oil bottle system.
The kits are due with us in just a few days time, approx mid week. Numbers are very limited, so please contact us quickly if you would like to reserve one.

Next up, and also due in this coming week is Schumachers new "Cougar Laydown LD2" which is available in standard and stock spec versions. Supply is better on this model, but please message if you would like to pre order. Information on these new kits will be uploaded onto the website on Monday.

We are sure you will agree, these look great and are sure to be competitive on track, no matter what surface you race on.
We have also added a new page to the website for wooden/balsa aero kits suitable for free flight or conversion to radio control.
We have stocked these for a long time, but never had them on the website until now.
There are kits from Dumas, Gullow's and others, with the range constantly expanding.
These make a great way to spend a few hours doing some proper modelling.
Also a great teaching aid to bring kids into the hobby, teaching both modelling and technical skills alongside theory of flight and aerodynamics (adult supervision required).
We have also had delivereis in from Tamiya, Traxxas and CML to name a few. Many models we have been waiting for restocks on, are now back in stock.
We also have a huge spares delivery due early next week from Tamiya with lots of long awaited parts on.
